Viola, a hotel maid, is sent to clean Suite 207, known for its difficult guests. Inside, she encounters Jessica, the spoiled daughter of the hotel owner, and her friend Alicia. The girls humiliate Viola, forcing her to wear a bell and clean Jessica’s shoes while being recorded. Viola suffers in silence until an unexpected visitor—Jessica’s father—walks in.
